Stunned Orange-Crowned Warbler : This is a small bird that ran into the window of my in-laws home next door. It had such a different color pattern that I decided to take some pictures. I was stunned enough that it would let me set it in different places for the pictures....my first pose control wildlife shoot....LOL

Eagle fishing 9/3/06 : I woke up this morning and opened the curtains like usual. I saw an eagle swoop down to catch a humpy in front of the house. I saw he had a large one in his claws because he could get back out of the water. I rushed to get my camera and lens to take a picture of the eagle swimming to shore with his catch, but I did not make it in time. Instead all I got was an eagle trying to take off with this "too heavey of a fish". He opted to just stay on the rock and eat the fish instead of take it to the tree. The light was very low so the quality of the picture is not very good....
